How do you choose your upgrades?
It is really very simple. Our homes have only 3 possible upgrades because what would normally be considered an upgrade is already included in our homes.
What are your upgrades?
You may upgrade to a GE Stainless Gas Stove; French doors in the Kinsale home; and a fireplace with the media center above.
How far from Uptown is Adare located?
Adare is 8 miles from Trade and Tryon and it takes about 15 min. during rush hour.
Does Adare have a pool?
Not only does Adare have a pool but also a beautiful community center.
Can you provide financing?
Adare Townhomes works with a select group of lenders who can provide any and all of our prospective homeowners financing needs.
